Kourtney Hollingsworth, Ph.D. is a Senior Associate in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) for BEST.  Dr. Hollingsworth has over 15 years of experience in DEIA, fair housing and lending, reasonable accommodations and modifications, equal employment, and workforce development.  She served on the White House Federal Commission in STEM, U.S. Vice-President's Interagency SpaceSTEM Taskforce, and as co-chair for Interagency Subcommittee for the Subcommittee on Advanced Manufacturing.  Dr. Hollingsworth’s degrees and accreditations include a Doctor of Philosophy in Advanced Statistical Analysis and Research, a Specialist Certification from the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) and has completed federal certifications in civil rights and workforce development.  
The White House recently published Dr. Hollingsworth’s work in Best Practices for Diversity and Inclusion in STEM Education and Research: A Guide by and for Federal Agencies. She is a 2022 George Bush Veteran Leadership Scholar and has been featured on the World Trade Organization’s international panel for the Importance of Youth Leadership.
