Championed and monitored high-impact strategic work programs for 24 partners within the Defense STEM Education Consortium (DSEC).

Developed a geographic hub model to propel DSEC’s regional and national STEM initiatives, amplifying the reach of DoD STEM programs.

Our efforts amplify the impact of Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs) and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in STEM fields, by offering strategic support and utilizing data-driven approaches.

Highlights:

Created mapping tools to strategically connect MSIs with DoD installations, research centers, and Opportunity Zones, significantly enhancing collaboration and maximizing opportunities.

Spearheaded the HBCII/MI Pathways Network Initiative to enhance the reach of DSEC programs in collaboration with HBCUs and community colleges, and to strengthen STEM educational programs that bridge high schools and post-secondary institutions
